About the Author

Jeff Driscoll, Renshi, has been a student of the martial arts for 31 years, holding the ranks of 6th Dan in Kosho Ryu Kempo, 5th Dan in Ryu Kyu Kempo Karate, 4rd Dan in Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu and a 1st Dan in Tae Kwon Do. Driscoll has been the owner and instructor at the Driscoll Institute of the Martial Arts in Pottsville, PA since 1986.
