Going Beyond Vaikuntha
by Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja
This book is a collection of lectures which were spoken originally in Hindi by one of the most renowned Vaisnava Acayas of modern times, om visnupada astottara-sata Sri Srimad Bhaktivendanta Narayana Maharaja. They comprise an instalment of the immaculate commentary which he spoke over a period of two years on Srila Sanstana Gosvamipada's Sri Brad-bhagavatamrta. Described herein is how although having recently arrived in Sri Vaikuntha-dhama, the most desirable of places and whose entrance is sought after by unlimited saintly persons, Gopa-kumara is feeling despondent and cannot ascertain the cause of his own dissatisfaction. At that time he is approached by Sri Narada Rsi, who becomes his Siksa-guru and enlightens him with the tattva necessary to complete his spiritual journey and thereby attain the fulfillment of all his long-cherished internal desires. Therefore we are fully confident that eager sadhakas who themselves sincerely yearn to one day go beyond Vaikuntha and enter Sri Goloka- Vraja, the transcendental land of spontaneous loving devotion to Sri Sri Radha-Govinda, will find this publication very useful. --- excerpt from book's Introduction.
